In July of 2006 Genco Pools of Columbia purchased SplashWorks and QuoteWerks. After attending Kevin’s training class, I was up and running on both programs and began to provide drawings and error free quotes to my prospects. Because the templates were easy to customize for our business, we immediately began to see a higher closure rate on our bids. Comprehensive bids could be delivered in minutes instead of days as in the past and that is because of the configurator in QuoteWerks. In addition we were able to reduce our collections with the ability to convert bids to orders and then to invoices. As I developed more experience with SplashWorks, my drawings became more detailed and was able to utilize them for bidding projects and for construction documents. Our sales for the first quarter of 2007 is up 65% over the same period of 2006 largely because of the software.

I started using the previous version of Splash about four years ago and upgraded to SplashWorks 4.0 shortly after it was released and am extremely happy with it! I have used other programs and I am convinced you guys offer the best software to design pools. We also purchased the 3D software from the company in Las Vegas (I wont name the company) and was very disappointed in the inaccuracy and lack of tools I have been accustom to using with SplashWorks. I really like how the typical Windows commands (cut, paste, etc.) works with SplashWorks, it made it easy to learn. Your customer service and tech support is also the best! Please keep up the great work and thanks again!

I just wanted to thank you for introducing me to your product “ImageWorks” at the Atlantic City Pool Show. It was just what I was looking for. I am a small company that has been building pools for years. It was sometimes difficult to show the customer my ideas by drawing it on paper, but with your software it is easy to get your point across. The instructional tutorials in the program make it very easy to learn. Even when I still had a problem, your customer support was great. Kevin you said at the show if I went through all the instructional clips that I shouldn’t have a problem with this program. You were right; with a little practice I became so efficient with ImageWorks that when I entered peoples’ homes I could transform their backyards into the pools of their dreams right in front of them. I can’t thank you enough, my sales have definitely increased because of how much more professional my company looks because of your product.

Using a computer program for our Swimming Pool designs, gives us a level of accuracy that the old “hand” method simply can not. Making use of the measurement tools in the program, is the only way we can accurately quote.
We upgraded from Splash V3.1 to the latest SplashWorks! 4, and both Kevin and Michelle were instrumental in helping us get up to speed with the newer version. All the quick, over the phone sessions goes beyond what I expected.
From installation, to updates, to library downloading, to program help, I have made extensive use of their help. This was truly technical support of a high standard.
When we decided to integrate both QuoteWerks! 4 with SplashWorks! 4 to put together a more streamlined method of quoting, Michele and Stephanie took it upon themselves to enter and build a complete pricing database, for use with all pool construction phases. This is the single most important factor that enabled us pursue our new strategy. Thanks to the both of you.
Apart from having demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the software by the folks at Pool Design Software, Inc., an important factor to consider is the libraries that come included with the suite of design software, I.E. ImageWorks, SplashWorks and QuoteWerks. This makes this a ready to go design solution.

Kevin you are a lucky man, Michelle I can't thank you enough for all your help on the support line.  Both of you were dynamite at the October, Monterey Class, even though I got lost out by the golf courses.  The program has worked out great, just as you both said it would.  I am able to tighten up my plans and create designs I could have never imagined before, Monterey.  Each day I catch things in the programs that have an enormous impact on my designing capability.  I'm hooked, so sign me up for the Vegas class.  I'm not a stalker, I just can't wait to learn more things about the program, that I know I will get from the class.   This is the one guys, I could have picked allot of other programs but your sales, service, support and Class!!! have been spectacular, I know I made the right choice.

Until 2 1/2 weeks ago, I have never heard of this program.  A good friend of mine who has a small pool company bought the program.  Neither one of us are computer savvy, but I know more about them than what my friend does, so I got the job to do the design end of it. I think I lucked out! At first, the same with any new program, you are totally lost.  But over a short period of time, after learning some shortcuts and simple commands, it started to come together.  I have had some technical questions, and they were answered by the technical department. quickly and professionally and the nicest people you would ever want to talk to anywhere in the world bar none!! They walked me through several steps and now I am well on my way. The last pool I did, from the time I got the measurements until there was a drawing in the client's hand of the pool layout in his backyard, total time of three hours.  I can hardly wait to know what I am doing, and how fast I can design the backyards for our clients. auto. This program will no doubt pay for itself in no time when the customer can see what their backyard is going to look like.  Definitely a great selling feature for any pool client. The client has a product which he could act actually visualize of what the pool would look like in his yard, no guessing as to what it would look like. This is truly going to be an asset for our company in increased sales alone. I have found a simple equation that works well it is as follows. Backyard + measurements + Pool Design Software = very happy clients Thank you for everything,
